Fall Cleanup With a Leaf Vac, Not a Rake
Leaves vacuumed and hauled away in one visit, lawn cut short for winter, beds cleared. Massillon and all of Stark County.
Blow, Vacuum, Haul. Done in One Visit.
Most cleanups around here end with a pile at the curb and a wait for the leaf truck. Ours don't. We blow everything off the lawn, out of the beds and off the driveway into piles, then the vacuum trailer takes it all. When we pull away, the leaves go with us.
Then the lawn gets a final cut so it goes into winter short — long grass under snow is where mold and vole damage start.
Included in Every Fall Cleanup
- Leaves cleared from lawn, beds, patios, driveway and walks
- Everything vacuumed and hauled off site
- Final mow and edge before winter
- Perennials and ornamental grasses cut back on request
- Gutter cleaning available as an add-on
- Two to three visits a season on wooded lots, scheduled up front
One Visit Won't Do It
Oaks around here drop into December. If we come once in early November, you get a clean yard for about a week and then it's buried again — which is why we always recommend two to three visits a season instead of one.
A typical schedule is one pass after the first heavy drop, one when the maples finish, and a final one once the oaks let go. Most customers book all of them up front at a flat price per visit and we just show up — no calling us back each time.
Smaller in-town lots with a couple of trees are often fine with one. We'll tell you which yours is when we quote it rather than selling you visits you don't need.
Why the Leaf Vac Matters
A leaf blower moves leaves. A vacuum trailer removes them. Big oak lots in Jackson Township and Hartville can drop enough to fill that trailer more than once, and none of it ends up at the street blocking your mailbox or waiting two weeks for pickup. It's also faster, which is why we can quote it as a flat price instead of by the hour.
Book Your Fall Cleanup Before November Fills Up
Text a photo of your yard and Noah will send a flat price back, usually the same day.
Fall Cleanup for Businesses & HOAs
Parking lot islands, entrance beds and common areas need it the same as a backyard does, just on a schedule. We'll set up one or two visits, invoice once, and pair it with a snow contract so the same crew has your property covered through March.
Fall Cleanup & Leaf Removal: Common Questions
When should I schedule fall cleanup?
We recommend two to three visits a season for most Stark County yards, spaced about three weeks apart, because the oaks keep dropping into December. Small in-town lots can sometimes get away with one. Book in September or October — November fills up fast.
Do you take the leaves with you?
Yes. That's the whole point of the leaf vac. They get sucked into the trailer and leave with us. We don't pile them at the curb for you to wait on the city.
What's included in a fall cleanup?
Leaves and debris off the lawn, beds and hard surfaces, a final mow and edge, and perennials cut back if you want. Gutter cleaning can be added.
How much does fall cleanup cost in Massillon?
It depends on lot size and how many trees you have, so we quote flat from your address and a photo rather than by the hour. Most homeowners get a number back the same day.
Can you do one visit for the whole street or HOA?
Yes, and it's cheaper per property that way. Ask about group pricing for neighbors or HOA common areas.
