Plowed and Salted Before You Need to Leave
Residential driveways, commercial lots and HOA common areas across Stark County. Per-push or seasonal contracts, ice control included or added.
Two Ways to Contract
Both cover plowing at your chosen trigger depth, salting if you want it, and walks and entrances cleared by hand. The difference is how you pay.
Per-Push
Billed each time we service the property. Best for homeowners and small lots who'd rather pay for what falls. Invoiced monthly.
Seasonal Contract
One flat monthly rate, December through March, unlimited events. Best for commercial properties and HOAs that need a fixed line in the budget and guaranteed priority on the route.
Staged Before the First Storm
The plow goes on and the spreader gets loaded in November, then the truck sits ready. Stark County gets lake-effect bands off Erie that the forecast misses, so we don't wait for a warning to get set up.

Snow & Ice Management: Common Questions
At what snowfall do you plow?
Residential driveways are plowed at 2 inches. Commercial and HOA accounts can set a 1-inch trigger or a zero-tolerance plan with pre-treatment.
Per-push or seasonal — which is better?
Per-push means you pay each time we come out, so a light winter costs less. Seasonal is a flat monthly rate from December through March no matter how many storms hit, which is what most businesses and HOAs prefer for budgeting. We offer both.
Do you salt?
Yes. The truck runs a tailgate spreader and we carry bagged product for walks. Ice control can be included in the contract or added per application.
How fast do you get there?
Routes are built tight on purpose. Commercial and HOA accounts are prioritized before opening hours; residential follows on the same route. Overnight storms are usually cleared before you need to leave.
Is there a limit on how many properties you take?
Yes, deliberately. We only sign as many snow contracts as the truck can clear on time. When the route's full, it's full — which is why it fills before Thanksgiving.
